To me it means reaching a Chad or chadlite level while starting with an average or below average look.

When ur a subhuman:
- nobody acknowledges your existence
- nobody emphatizes with you
- you are not allowed to engage in certain social activities, despite "everyone" can do it, because "everyone" = "every human"
- in the opinion of the society you are not allowed to have sex, and merely having that thought counts as rape
- you are bullied in school and the school denies it ever happened (because no human was harmed)
- security will forbid you entering clubs and events
- you are discriminated at work, in public services and stuff
- basically you are a nigger.

But when you ascend to the human level:
- other humans will notice you, which might be good or bad, but at least they will criticize you, not ignore
- when something bad happens to you, they will ask if ur allright
- you are invited into social circles, and if you are a loner, somebody will come to pull you out of solitude
- you are assumed to have sex, and if you don't, some foid will show up to correct that
- you are the bully, but you always get away with it
- you will be let into clubs without any search
- you are the CEO who decides who's getting hired (humans only)
- you are respected, proud white man of honour.
