If you’re 6 foot + it looks like you can walk runways depending on eye area any body bone structure though

You joking? Anyone gets cheeks like that when you lose bloat unless giga recessed, I had that when I was like a 25% bodyfat fatcel kid. He still looks sub5 because bad philtrum, midface and mouth area. Surgery or fillers is what he needs tho

What is ramus?
Widest point of your jaw, at the base of it. Yours appears to be lopsided by almost a cm when looking from the front, to fix that the proper way might require jaw surgery but the cost isn't really worth it in your case unless you have other bite issues.
