What do you think of my rhinoplasty morph (from an actual surgeon)?

I’m getting rhinoplasty because a complication during sleep apnea bimax surgery caused my nose to droop pretty badly. What do you think of the surgeon’s morph?

Also, yes, I know I can do non-surgical things to improve the way I look, but a rhinoplasty is inevitable so I’m planning now.

If you are gonna have a surgery on your maxilla, wait after you do that. They can change the way the nose look. If you get a rhino now, it’s gonna look much worse if you touch the maxilla afterwards.

What maxilla procedures you think he needs. I was seeing a lefort 2 surgery, and I agree the rhino should be after the maxilla surgery so the side profile can be re assed better.

I’m not sure exactly but probably a hair transplant and infraorbital-malar implants (to make face more harmonious)

I see what you mean about the Lefort 2, but I think that’s no longer possible given I already had a Lefort 1. Plus, the Lefort 2 is a really intense surgery. I might get infraorbital-malar implants to simulate the Lefort 2 but I understand it wouldn’t be as good

Yea the undereye area is lacking creating a sleep look and oldcel look and it would fix that issue , along with almond eye surgery.

It’s definitely an improvement, I would estimate + .4 psl which isn’t nothing, I think you need to work on raising your hyoid, and maybe lowering your gonial angle through jaw fillers. Ik you’ve already gotten bimax and you’ve come a long way from those before pictures

Looks shit, you need paranasal implants first and foremost, then you fix the nose shape

Fixing your nose isnt making you look better as you can see from the doctors morphs. You need to advance the nose area.

With jaw implants your jaw will be signifantly more defined though so its better than this

To me this looks a bit too protrusive (jaws are too far forward compared to upper face). Thoughts?

I did not make your jaws advance only the paranasal area. In fact, i brought your chin back since your surgeon advanced more than he should. You are probably accostumed to your face being sunk

Seriously tho I was trying to give good advice but I’m not really knowledgeable in surgeries. Never even considered the price in the equation fr tho. If my advice is trash just correct me so I can learn from it.
