There's no limit on what can be done naturally. The odds are out of 8 billion people on earth a couple people have the genetics to be open class bodybuilder level huge naturally, However the amount of people that can achieve this level is incredibly minute.

that being said zyzz physique is still difficult to achive since it does require dedication. but if you do go to the gym constantly, have a good base, and be on a strict diet, you would be able to achive it in under under 2 yrs even.

It varies wildly based on your starting point.

I think because there is a limit on muscle hypertrophy and muscle hyperplasia is for the most part impossible.

Number of muscle fibres is determined prenatally so basically some guys will have far better potential than others and there’s nothing you can do about it. Steroids or not - steroids only increase hypertrophy but they can’t induce hyperplasia.

This is my excuse for barely benching 100kg after being on roids for six years - when I started lifting completely untrained I only could bench 15kg 1RM so I’ve increased by about 6.5x.

Would be interested to know if anyone’s managed more than a 6.5x from their untrained starting point.
