Natty training for 1st year can give 20lbs of muscle which is around 50% of ur natural muscle potential limit so what would 1lb looks like

1 lb of muscle on your whole body will not make much of a visual difference.
 
after you get 5-10 pounds of muscle is when you will see a difference
