Has anyone gotten any results from chewing, what did it change?

And what is the difference between meiwng and chewing? Which one should I do? Do they give the same results?

Yeah bro its good for the jawline

mewing = simulates proper development through correct tongue posture, prevents recession and tries to slightly expand the maxilla and get more forward growth but mostly cope if you aren't young

chewing = works by training the masseters muscles that's located on each side of your jaw, if you have good muscle insertions you can get a wider looking jaw like Pitt, but it might bloat you if you have shit insertions, also helps jaw development if you're young

I heard that chewing also changes the cheekbones and temples? Is that true?

I believe that temples could possibly change through chewing since the temporalis muscle are located there and they get engaged by chewing, I think theres a specific way to chew to avoid it if you'd like but you would have to look that up. I doubt there will be any cheekbones changes unless you're very young, I know a bit of the temporalis muscle is beneath the zygomatic process but I wouldn't expect it

What about teeth grinding? Does it give the same results as chewing? If not what are the differences between the results?
