I see women talking about this alot and for me this concept seems alien.
Does this refer to character development of one's self and their partner?
Because I rarely see people change drastically mentally and in their attitude unless something really dramatic happens in their life like death or a major traumatic event.
My parents still have the same personality since forever, same with my sister, same with my friends.
