I know I have a gummy smile but I’m talking about bone wise, would my maxilla be recessed or Mandible, or both? And is it possible to change it

Arguably best case is when a little bit of gums are showing on full smile. But I don't think that's what OP is talking about.

then youre good if you have tall teeth like him, if you have a bit of gums and like bruxism teeth then its a failo, but as long your teeth are nice shape, youre good and it can add cuteness

Lefort 1, but you wont be doing that, upper lip lowering, fillers or something like that
