Indeed. By the definition I found "sentience is the ability to experience feelings and sensations." This would include the very normies that people here don't consider sentient.

It means conscious I think

Honestly I wouldn’t call normies too non sentient, they’re just short sighted or so.

Most of them only see their world of suffering like the town they live in and believe in a religion and never question it.

Not being skeptical can be attributed to low sentience
