What does proof of vaccination in Canada look like?

To be clear I’m not looking to fraud my vaccination in order to travel. Canada is finally lifting restrictions, instead I told my dad I would get vaccinated anyway, he said he would pay me if I did, it’s free money. I just need some proof to show him. I need a proof of vaccination card I can photoshop or somthing.

He doesn't want to get vaccinated but wants the tell his father that he did to get the money and needs to show his father a vaccination card as proof
Therefore it just needs to look like a vaccination card rather than having a legit QR code since his father isn't going to be scanning it

Just a copy of what I posted, and since he isnt gonna scan it the qr code isn't important
anyway some Canada provinces have provincial proofs of vax
I don't know it depends if your dad is slow or not, my dad would just compare my fake proof to his real proof, I don't know about yours
