What does sub5 mean here

What do most people mean with "sub5"?
If they Use the PSL scale, 99% of this forum would be considered sub5 (everything below CL)
If they mean sub5 on the 1-10 scale, 60% of this forum would be considered sub5.
If they use "sub5" on the normie scale the ltn must be a 5-6, which is mtn already.
Pls help me clear this up.
