Imma be honest, I always read it the same as dnr. Now that I think sht it tho, you might be on to something….
Yes but I thought the d would have a differnet meaning then being the same acronym for read as the r is ?

The second d is probably there to distinguish it from DNR, because DNR is a commonly used abbreviation for both "Do not resuscitate" and "Department of Natural Resources".
And lowercase 'dnrd' has a nice passive aggressive symmetry to it.
