For me it's -
Wake up between 5:30-6 AM
Bath in cold water
Have breakfast at 7:50
Study for 3 hours from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM(with breaks time to time ofc)
Lunch at 12:50 PM
Then study again from 1:20-3:10 PM
Then scroll through Instagram/rot on this forum from 4:50-6:50 PM in the evening or even till 7:30 sometimes
Then study for 1-2 hours in the night again,but I don't study with full focus.
I get distracted easily and waste most of my time in either browsing this forum or watching reels.
I sleep b/w 11:30 PM-12 AM but I don't get enough sleep which is pretty bad.
Btw I didn't want to mention this in this thread but I f*cking broke my NoFap streak yet again 15 minutes ago

It wasn't even a full day since I last fapped(yesterday).
My day has been ruined but it's usually unproductive NGL.
