What dosage mt2 do you guys use

I’ve seen a lot of people preach a loading phase of 100-250mcg for a few days before switching to 200-500mcg 1x/week

I live in Michigan so the UV exposure is pretty poor so I think I’ll do a higher dose if I tolerate it well

Also excited to see all the boner hype and what that’s about
