Have you tried Strattera if you have ADHD? It reduced anxiety symptoms for me. On the other hand stimulants like methylphenidate might make it worse.

im already seeing a psych soon to get adhd meds, do you know if i say have anxiety they can give benzos or will I just get SSRIs? I'll get street stuff if I cant get from psych

You get rid of anxiety by actually confronting it and having good experiences (basically dopamine spike)
It would be dumb to take drugs all the time to basically talk to someone
If its a one time thing propanold 40 mcg + magnesium with a supps that lower cortisol would be more than enough trust me

good advice. one thing i do is realize that nothing bad has actually happened yet so there's nothing to be scared of.
