At least food and drink wise?
I try to mainly drink these drinks.
Water, Coconut Water (Which i've started recently to debloat), Dole 100% Fruit Juice, and sometimes Chocolate Milk/Milk.
Foodwise, I mainly just cut out fast food and like obvious unhealthy foods (Doritos, Ice cream, etc)
Is goyslop really just fast foods and heavily processed foods? Or are there other things I should cut out of my diet to become lean?
I am 6'5" Currently trying to lose weight, have a good build for my height, but want a slimmer face to show my jawline. What foods should I consider picking up and taking out of my diet? Let me know, thanks.
