it's poor under eye support caused by a weak infraorbital bone. Try lipofilling agents like volufiline and if it doesn't work the surgical ways are under eye filler (has a bad reputation tho) and infraorbital implants, which is unfortunately like most eye area hardmaxxes quite an invasive surgery.
