When they mean tall dark handsome, they prob mean dark triad, for example Jacob Elordi from Euphoria, this dude is 6 5 jacked up and looks like a high t machine, its just that these guys usually have more contrast going for them so they look sexier than the dudes with blonde hair and non existent eyebrows that give no contrast so they either look "cute" not in a hot way though but more like a puppy version kind of thing
