Izzy has good takedown defence but honestly jan was to big. Still, jan outstriked him, not by power and size but by technique. That shows that jan is dangerous on his feet even for the best strikers. Hes also bjj blackbelt and his wrestling is ok which make him very well rounded athlete. I hope that he defends belt against glover and maybe then move up to heavyweight? Hes 38 so hes not that young ngl

he weighted less than many of his oponents in middleweight, its more about lenght than weight. Adesanyas real height is around 6'3 and most of his oponents at middle weight were 5'10-6' and had way shorter reach. Anderson was 6'2 with close reach to izzy but lets be honest, hes way past his prime. Jan had close reach to izzy, prolly just 1 inch shorter and very good jab. He also was checking low kicks which is huge weapon of izzy.

hes around 200lbs on a fight day, i doubt that hes 205-210 tbh. Jan was definitly thicker than izzy but lenght was the main factor ngl. Jones is taller and have way longer reach, he would destroy izzy with giga long jabs
