Bulging eyes are the worst, even worse than Blackops2cel but they are not a normal thing and they usually get fixed with the right surgery.

It's death tier when they are as big as Blackops2cel. The bug eyes are usually due to having eyes that are too big, and especially when the eye's height is too big when compared to its width. So, it's better to have wide short eyes than to have tall narrow eyes.

The taller and narrower the eye is, the more round it is and the more it looks like bug eyes.

It's an old picture though and now he has big eye bags which his why his eyes don't look as good in the picture you used.

They aren’t a huge falio if the bone structure around the eyes is good, but either way, they’re fixable with orbital decompression which is actually a very safe surgery if you go to Taban

He doesn't have bug eyes, he has eye bags, there is a difference. Also, when someone opens their eyes too much, it may look like their eyes are bigger than they really are, that is the opposite of squinting.
