- Friends
- Delicious food
- Having sex with unattractive women/betabuxxing
- Religion/spirituality
- Politics
- High IQ
- Rotting on .org
- Even some looksmaxing methods (LL, other surgeries)

What would NOT be counted as cope? Is there anything that is good in itself or is everything cope? The most radical view I heard is that life itself is a cope for the inevitable (death).

Imo, things like friends and hobbys and to some degree money, betabuxxing and spirituality are not cope. But everything else pretty much is.

Yeah, I think it's true that some men get crazy when they're single or can only get low-quality women, but many men do have other great things going on in their lifes (like I said, friends and hobbys are definitely not cope) and are genuinely happy even when they have low SMV.
