Elliot Rodger was, like the user above me said, the living embodiment of frailty. He was extremely neurodivergent with a small frame and a high-pitched nerd voice, better yet, he had absolutely zero social life growing up, which ... as time progresses, such a hole becomes impossible to dig yourself out of. He also dressed like a LEGO-character NPC-ish looking tryhard, had overwhelmingly high standards, lived in a location where the dating scene is rough, and most importantly, once again, he was neurodivergent with horrifically bad social skills.

He is low-HTN imo amongst those who aren't overweight and grotesque looking, he has the typical normie short skull and an abused dog eye area, nose is kind of ass, and lips could be a bit wider, regardless, overall he had normie-tier harmony, a strong jaw and cheekbones, and great soft-features.
