Should one start cardio/weight training or regular push ups and crunches as a beginner if he's skinny?

Arent you only training 2 months?
I started weight lifting 2 years ago but I had many breaks lasting multiple months so my gains always faded away, now I’m consistent tho

I started weight lifting 2 years ago but I had many breaks lasting multiple months so my gains always faded away, now I’m consistent tho
Then why do you say youve been lifting for only 2 months to people, even if not consistient its still 2 years

bro when I mean multiple months I mean half a fucking year, I lost all my gains during it, it’s like I started from scratch

Firsr of all training abs is usseles, you should focus on different push ups variations so you wont only focus on chest, and also do pull ups, chin ups but as a begginer you probably wont be able to do them so i suggest you look up how to develop strenght for pull ups so you can do some easy back exercises that will help you with pull ups

No and no. Muscle memory is a thing, you can not work out for 2 yeats but if you start lifting again you will gain all this back in a couple of months and this is proven scientifically

If you do pushups, pullups and lateral raises, youre training your entire upper body

No real gym equipment needed

Not really if you do shoulder fovused push ups you will bias the side delts of your shoulder also so you dont need to do lateral raises

You just need to go to failure and you will grow on literally any exercise

weightlifting. run a fb split where you squat, bench, (deadlift, shoulder press) and eat!
