so i got a bench, dumbells and stuff down in my basement for free. ive never been working out much and my biggest concern is training back and legs, since i have no machines. what exercises should i do?

Just do neck and delts, since nothing else matters that much

Im skinny as hell man so i dont think this will cut it
Whatever split you’re doing, make sure to put more focus on these two

If you don't have the frame, legit is the biggest jewish scam before i start going to the gym i had whey more better physique and frame and face also skin quality once you start gymcelling that should be well known that your downgrade has already start peace

Man ion want to be like gymcel big. I look like a holocaust survivor (but eat big) so to look atleast healthy i want to gain some weight.

Look do not believe anything you see on socials the biggest guy in socials is the smallest and weakest guy of his gym trust me i know this better than anyone when i thought i wasn't big and i was ultra dirty bulking i went to a meet up with famous influencers of my country and i was bigger a d stronger than them legit bro there's a vid on YouTube of me next to a guy older than me and i look like I'm hus dad i would say working out at home with basic weights is 10x better for you and your health than gym
