Black if your hair isn't black already but if it's black then you lack fullness and thickness not darker color

No beauty stores are shit

eyebrows and eyelashes are the most basic things to improve

Mascara for lashes(be careful while applying to not make it look gay as fuck) and minoxidil for eyebrows and they will look better

You can use lattise or minoxidil for lashes but both have side effects so I wouldn't suggest anything but mascara if you're fine with applying makeup
