What fat to take with the k2?

K2 just like D3 is soluble in any fat.

If you want to be as healthy as possible, then consume fats that have optimal Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratios instead of industrial waste like palm oil or rapeseed oil.

Peanut butter works too. As long as it's not your only fat source (because it's heavily bent towards Omega 6 and has very little Omega 3).
I love to add peanut butter to almost everything. High protein too.

My solution will be to take it with the avocado sandwitch in the morning and with the peanut butter shake in the evening
 
what are you taking k2 for, and what dosage do you recommend?

Walnuts have the best Omega profile out of any nut. There is no downside to eating them besides the price.

They also have the highest Omega 3 content of any nut. Just a single ounce (about 30 grams) has 2,5g (2500mg) of Omega 3.
For reference, the typical fish oil pill contains about 250 to 500mg or 5 times less.

so theyre fine to replace olive oil with?
 
Just take it after a meal, you have fat in your regular food, right?
