And how come Jeremy looks better bald than with hair?

Pretty much the bone structure and/or the skull is important. Can't have a big ahh head and pull off a buzz cut.

but to pull of bald, its hard to tell. not many can do

to pull of bald, you need a masculine face. for example, a strong lower third and a masculine eye area are both necessary. you also need a small upper third to lower third ratio. you can improve this ratio with scalp micropigmentaiton
