What fitness routine should I do every morning to be debloated throughout the day?

Whenever I go biking for like 6 hours I literally look insanely debloated and giga good.

I was thinking of doing 5 mile run each morning to gain this look before my day starts. thoughts?

Just do anything that makes you sweat, the specific exercise doesn't matter in that regard.

Just experiment and see what works for you. Depends on temperature, your own sweating behavior/biochemistry, what clothes you're wearing, what kind of hills are in your area, etc.
When the weather is in the 90s it only takes like 20 mins of biking for me to sweat buckets, but there are a lot of steep hills where I am and I usually wear jeans and a cotton shirt also.
