Yesterday: 3 cheeseburgers and large fry at Mcdonalds, bottle of fanta, 2 large bags of cheese poofs, bag of cheese crackers, bag of licorice candy, box of chocolate cooks, bag of cheese popcorn, 3 scoops of whey protein

There's a reason. I still have a corticosteroid drug in my body from a cortisone injection. The side effects include bloating and lower collagen production. Every month the side effects get a bit weaker so my appearance is slowly going back to it's normal state.
