I am lowkey a philtrumite but it doesn’t matter because the lip to nose ratio is the diagonal length/width of your nose and lips

your lips could be more full on the ends and nose could prob be narrower with a sharper tip

There is mouth widening surgery, but you trade more mouth width for worse chin to lip ratio wich 1:1 is ideal so idk​

U gotta wide mouth but not thick lips at ends making it look narrower
