pvp games? Overwatch tbh offers lot versatility , you can play different modes with your irls etc,
Minecraft with the boys would be fun especially when playing with some mods
Warthunder same versatility and chud history game you can geniuenly learn a bit,

PVE games;
Warframe is fun, space ninja multiplayer looter shooter good lore never ending grind but fun hard to get into tho
Hoi4 single player hard to get into but very very very addicitvie
RDR2 tuffest lore easy to understand Cowboy westerner,
