How will you retire in 5 years just after graduating?Content with the way I look and going to take an engineering degree, should take like 5 years max to get my dream house in SEA or something and retire after 10 years or so (maybe even marry but that's optional)
Tax exemptions since I'll work overseas and the salary (European rate) to living necessity (southeast asian rate) gap is insane. Average salary of engineers in my field w 8 yrs of experience range from 120k usd to 280k usd yearlyHow will you retire in 5 years just after graduating?
You work in europe. Isn't the rent in most european countries close to tech hubs very high? Don't need to worry about rent or food since I'm going to work in a ship (seafaring) so yeah literally free food, rent, and you can travel all year around lolYou work in europe. Merchant navy marine engineer? Pay is only good for higher ranks the and you'll be out in sea for months. Personally not a good lifestyle imoDon't need to worry about rent or food since I'm going to work in a ship (seafaring) so yeah literally free food, rent, and you can travel all year around lol
Not navy more on cargo ships or oil tankers (specifically Norwegian and Danish companies since they sponsor my academy) since their salary is much better than the navy but yeah not really a good career if you don't like isolation I can deal with it thoMerchant navy marine engineer?
