arnold or push/pull?

atm i do chest and tri’s then back and bi’s then 1 day rest then repeat then 2 days rest then cycle repeays

but i feel like having a dedicated arms day and then a chest and back day would be better because my biceps become fatigued after lat pulldowns etc and my triceps after bench press. a arnold split would allow me to hit each muscle group without being fatigued from other exercises

i don’t think either split has a crazy difference but lmk

both are shit splits and the results aren't worth it

Gym splits are cope. Hit each muscle with at least 10 sets a week and progress weekly.
