What hair colour do Asian women like the most?

Do Asian women prefer blond hair? I imagine so because lots of kpop idols bleach their hair and it must get boring if you live in an Asian country and everyone had the same black hair colour. If they prefer blond hair then what shade do they prefer? I have dirty blond/gold hair and kpop idols tend to go for very light blond (see picture). My hair gets lighter in the sun so would it be worth sun maxing or would they fawn over me the way I am. I am sure they don't like ginger or grey and they probably think brown is ok but nothing special.
