What haircut should I get today?

I last had a haircut about 40 or so days ago and now my hair has grown so much that I look retarded.I am considering even to cut my beard today.

I have an oval face and I'm bloated with no bonemass.So suggest me good haircut to get

More than 4 months ago,my hair was cut extremely short(almost bald)and the next day I went outside,my friends said I looked like a child

My Hyderabadi friend says that I look retarded and will never be able to find love because of my face and malnourished physique

He advised me to just ask the barber to make it even because he thinks clean shave won't look good on me
