I think it's because my hair is so dry and frizzy that it doesn't go down lol, it's probably severely damaged. My hair is so shit, the only good thing it's the thickness.

i have the same problem. Stop washing and conditioning it. Buy a hair mask and use that 3 times a week. Use leave in conditioners with argan oil before blow drying it or putting product in it. Watch videos how to have healthy hair. I had unhealthy hair for a while but i fixed it with the things i just said.


Best thing to do is probably just buzz it off. Then regrow it.
