Thin fingers/hands = feminine. Working out properly can definitely build up your hands slightly, there's muscles in your wrists and fingers which are able to grow like any muscle. You're not gonna achieve it with 15 rep pull-ups though, you're gonna need to do heavy weight training like deadlifts. Do weighted pull-ups for more resistance and gradually increase the load.
