I was cute as a kid then ugly as a motherfucker as a pre teen then as a 15 year old onwards I was good looking so why tf did I keep my abuse dog mindset

Why couldn't I just accept that I was attractive? Why did I have to leave with body dismorphia ?

I feel for ya man, on the bright side u really see how deep the pretty privilege and lookism goes in this world. Makes u rather nihalistic in a sense especially when prior to such you were a rather kind person showing an almost praise sense of respect to everyone.
