jfl ive been taking 200mg of vitamin k2 mk7 and my liver and kidneys hurt a lot.
having said that i was also taking glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, folic acid, hyaluronic acid, ashwagandha root extract.
However, various studies also conclude that there are minimal adverse effects from high vitamin k2 dosage. You should do your own research. None of this is medical advice. Seek a health professional if you are unsure boyo.
