Firstly you don’t inject steroids into veins you inject them into the muscle

Depending on the artery you inject into - a small one in ur arm or the femoral artery in your leg there will be a lot of blood loss. Arteries push blood under high pressure around the body their lumens (radial area) is smaller than veins and blood would spurt out in accordance to your heart beat. If you hit a small artery it won’t be too bad just keep pressure on it but if you hit a big one it can be easily fatal.
