Just go to your local gym and ask the buff guys what they’re hitting, what their training split is. you’ll see nearly 100% of the time it’s push pull legs or some other split.
follow a neurotypical Push pull legs and make gains, or follow an incel tier jason blaha-mike mentzer hybrid split and make no gains + waste time. the choice is yours
