I am not asking for a face rating, just want your guys opinions on what hardmaxes will benefit me the most.

Current things I am looking into are

-Double Jaw Surgery
-Skeletal Expander
-Hair Line lowering

I have a 5mm overbite

why genio? Is my chin that bad, i think it looks worse cause of my overbite, and what is infras?
cause BSSO doesn't allow for enough advancement most of the time, it's jsut gonna depend obviously on the surgeon and his techniques

infraorbital implants

I was thinking dr. Alfi cause he operates on younger people, and I would like to do this by the time I am 18 (17 currently)

too expensive
how much is his prices? I thought I could get insurance to cover a part of it since I have a overbite and could lead to sleep apnea, who else would you recommend

BCBS PPO covers Alfi completely if you can prove that you have sleep apnea/functional issues. He's over 65k otherwise, for that price, might as well go with Raffaini or LACOMS

That is not 65k. All that would be 30k at MOST in turkey

is there an alternative for implants ?.
if u need bone : osteotomy or implants (implant is the alternative to osteotomy lol)
if u just need soft tissue then fat graft

fat graft can never be used to replace bone, will always look shit 👍 sometimes u need both

nah permanent for life
can the implants handle impact from stuff like contact sports (rugby, MMA, boxing etc) or is there a high enough chance they break ?

yes after healing, they're screwed in bone nigga + scar tissue etc I dont think good ones like giants will pose any problem, i do mma/wrestling myself and i plan on going back after getting them and healing

You can get extra screws

Fat grafts can be used for chin, insane results - but to mimic bone, I wouldn’t use them anywhere else

might sound dumb, but is there a risk of the titanium plates causing heavy metal poisoning, i know the benefit of surgery out ways that, but i would like to know if thats a possibility.

yes it can get worse with age + weight, doesn't mean to wait until you're old and fat tho lol. you can get away w it by showing you got a super narrow airway tho too, have him help you argue that it'll help quality of sleep, breathing etc

Anything that'll widen and advance your jaws will save you. Genio for chin width.
