Volume eating. Eating a shit ton of low calorie food that are filling and subconsciously trick yourself that you ate much more than you actually did. Shit like salads, chicken, fruits especially watermelon. Also drinking a shit ton of water helped.

20/4 fasts every day, high protein meal in that 4 hour window, then a 40-48 hour fast every week (wednesday to thursday for me)

Depends on height, weight, and how active you are. Look up caloric calculators. Generally a moderate caloric deficit is like 200-300 calories below your maintenance level

Haven't figured that part out yet.

I'm assuming something like Ray Peat but High Carb, Mid Protein and Low Fat. And keeping calories 2,500-2,000 while exercising and walking a lot.

This is EXACTLY what I do, and how I dropped close to 60 lbs from an extremely dirty bulk to now staying effortlessly lean yearround.

I eat at a minimum 4 lbs of green vegetables per day (spinach, green beans), and hit close to 100 gs of fiber a lot of days. I also keep fats to no more or less 50 gs/day to keep total calories down but still keep hormonal levels good.

The benefit is that I am NEVER hungry. Even when I'm cutting on 2000 calories/day due to the volume and fiber from the vegetables. Downside that I think dissuades people from taking this eating approach (HIGH green veggie consumption) is that it's not the most palatable at first (but you eventually do enjoy the taste with added seasonings, olive oil), and it's more expensive with lean meats/protein on top
