yea try it it works good for muscle building make sure you get 100% peanut butter with no other ignrideietns

how much would u recommend to eat in actual ounces or wtv measured in, and what else do u eat/drink for gains? I’m relying heavily on eggs and whole fat milk but pasteurized unfortunately.
