Ok so here is a picture 3 years apart the first one is me in the 9th grade and the second one is me now tooken a couple days ago. Why were girls more attracted to me in 9th grade than they are attracted to me now? Some people say I have pretty boy base but my features are to striking and i’ve also been told that i look intimidating in my eyes I just want to know if i should just keep going with making my features more striking or should i try and go for more of a harmony and appeal way. Pls don't comment if you don't have true answers for me Im really not interested in your harsh comments just want some people that would know what is going on and know what they’re talking about. The one of me in a black shirt is from 9th grade year and the other one of me with longer hair is more recent.

You were less bloated, and you didn't have those minor nasolabial folds. Your hairstyle was better as well

so get a haircut? if so what haircut would you recommend bc i don’t want to get fades anymore that’s why i’ve been growing my hair out

If you're strictly against fades, then maybe try to grow it out from the back and cover less of your forehead and maybe straighten it a bit from the side just so it could look a bit less denser than it is. Don't straighten it too much, though. ideally, you'd want it to look something like this.

But that shouldn't be your biggest concern imo, try to lower your body fat percentage to 10-12%, or to whatever it was in the 1st pic if you can't shoot for a percentage on the lower end.

Also start using sunscreen to prevent your skin from further deterioration, so a mineral-based sunscreen with an SPF of 50 and UVA/UVB protection would suffice, and maybe start using retinol to prevent these folds from getting worse. Work your way up to tretinoin eventually

Also, you shouldn't hyper-fixate on carbs or sodium, don't mess with your macronutrients and micronutrients. Just be on a calorie deficit and be more active/start exercising. You could just lower your fat and carb intake, but not anything below your recommended daily intake.

yea i’ve been using retinol with a moisturizer for the past month or two and been using a sunscreen throughout the day and my lines have gotten way better then they were i was wondering if tretinoin was a good option or not I had another thread that I asked ab it on but nobody answered me on it.

i dont see much of a difference other then some slightly aging in the normal range
