hello i’m 6’2,4 (189cm) and 16,7 years old and my dad is 6’3 (193cm) and my mum is 5’8 (173cm). i’m curious what height can i reach, do i need any help with hormones and can i reach 6’5 with proper lifestyle.

U might stop growing or grow a little or grow a lot nobody can tell that bro maybe u already stopped completely but u already a huge height. ur parents are tall as fuck tho so i personally believe u will get to like 192 but its not that big of a change from now just be thankful

This is all assuming growth plates are still open an what not.

First, 193cm is 6'4
econd, if you are mid-early bloomer, you will grow to 6'3-6'4, maybe 6'4
if you are average and not a late bloomer, you will go on to be 6'4, exactly your dads height
If you are a late (as in later than average) bloomer you will go on to be ~6'5

P.S. If you are worrying about height at 6'2.5, you are either stupid, have BDD, or are not measuring correctly. Take that last one from a bhai who though he was 6'2 (and got away with it mostly) when he really was 6'0-6'1

Ulna has a higher correlation then knee height. Probably means you might not grow much more. I'd expect arounf 191.5cm (6'3.5) for you.
Also I measured recently and I am 186cm midday!!!

i see a general trend where if u become taller, ur morel likely to be ugly.

I thought my wingspan was 193cm (6'4) because I was doing the "on the door" method but I am fatcel so I wasnt even flexible enough
Measured it with my wingspan straight across the wall, 198cm (6'6) wingspan at 186cm (6'1)
Yet I still can't touch my toes JFL

The height calculator says you'd probably be 6'2 with parents that tall. Most people have an inch more to go at 16. My guess is that you'll be no taller than 6'4.
