Stop coping with nutrition. If you live in a first world country. Your growth was definitely not stunted, and definitely not by 8 inches. Even 3rd world African countries avg height is only 3-4 inches away from western countries. You’d have other severe issues if you were that malnourished. Maybe 2 cm at most.
