I've read a thread in here about some supplement that makes you happy and chill. Anyone knows about it? can't find the thread
 

Its a natural supplement, all it does is stop making your NMDA receptors work so hard

Omega 3 & 6, cold showers come to mind. Otherwise I'd need specific info for your life to see what hormones you may be deficient in.

Imo, the mild anti-oxidative effect of a slightly better dietary Omega 3 : Omega 6 is not worth the anti-metabolic, cancer promoting nature of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids. Both O3 and O6 are PUFA, you are consuming poison to counteract poison.
the neural / cognitive benefits of Omega 3 are negligible / unconfirmed and still not worth the downsides of consuming it
