I’m just doing basic abs exercises + different types of push ups

I got some dumbells, and a pair of gymnastic rings: Two workouts in the day.

Morning: Pecs/Abs/Legs.

Evening: Back/Shoulders/Abs.

Eating like a crazy mf.

Pushups,pullups,squats and you are fine.
Can add other exercises if needed

push ups, chin ups, pull ups, squats, and idk what it is called but i hang on my pull up bar and raise my legs (knees) for abs.

Dumbbell rowing, pull-ups, shoulder lifts, front lifts, shoulder presses, pushups, dips, triceps presses, bicep curls, concentration curls, squats and various abdominal exercises as well as neck exercises.

I run up and down the stairs every single day like 15 times. Not because I’m working out, though.
