I know for a fact that DHT increases bone growth but other androgens most likely have some role as well.

But growth hormone during puberty works for some people. And if you look at people with gigantism you see how powerful growth hormone is because most of them don’t have the tall genes and are only tall cuz of tumor

I don’t know, they said my plates were open in my wrists: I’m just gonna make my estrogen as close to possible while having the depression be BEARBLE (note, not to the point where I’m giga depressed, but just a little moody) I’m using 25mg Asin ED, which is a fucking lot, especially with the increased absoprtion with olive oil.
Realistically maybe 1year, 2 years if i decide to use even more asin.

Make sure your diet is on point. Eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Drink water but always add electrolytes, have a good amount of milk products in your diet(Greek yogurt is my favorite), good multivitamin. Reduce cortisol at any cost. High cortisol stole my life from me I’m serious. And sleep at least 8 hours a night.

More advanced if you know what you’re doing and your growth plates aren’t closed take HGH and whatever else op recommends

so hopefully this is a growth spurt
